HuaXiang geosynthetic composite cementitious mat (GCCM) is a flexible, concrete impregnated fabric that hardens when hydrated to form a thin, durable, water proof and fire resistant concrete layer.

It is used for a wide range of erosion control and weed suppression applications, and allows concrete construction with minimal plant and specialist training.
Typically ten-times faster to install than conventional solutions, essentially its Concrete on a Roll simply unroll and just add water.

Installation of GCCM is easy as it allows concrete construction without the need for plant or mixing equipment. Simply unroll and position and add water (any type of water, including sea water).

To ensure long-term performance of a GCCM and prevent premature failure, a new standard known as ASTM D8364 has been published which requires minimum performance values to be met for a product to be considered a GCCM.

Product Advantages

1. Easy to use
Concrete blankets can be supplied in bulk. It can also be provided in rolls, which is convenient for manual loading and unloading and transportation without the need for large lifting machinery. Whether under water or in sea water, concrete blankets can be solidified.

2. Rapid hydration solidification 
When watering and hydrating, size & shape of the concrete blanket can still be processed within 2 hours. Within 24 hours, it can harden to 80% strength. Solidification time of concrete blanket can lengthen or shorten by special formula according to customer's requirements.

3. Environmentally friendly
Concrete blankets are a low-carbon in production. Little impact on the local ecology due to low erosion rate. Greatly reduced 95% than normal concrete in various application. Little few alkalis make very low erosion. There is quite small impact on the local ecology rate

4. Flexible application
Concrete blanket can follow the complex shape of the surface of the covered object, and even form a hyperboloid shape. The cement blanket before setting can be cut or cut at will with ordinary hand tools.

5. Long-term durability
Concrete blankets have good chemical resistance, weather resistance, and no UV degradation in the sun.

6. Fire resistance
The concrete blanket has good flame-retardant properties. The concrete blanket has reached the B-Sl, D0 level of the European building material flame retardant standard.
